TOOL FOR BRETON COMPOUND STONES PROCESSING PLANT 

Excello is a new tool produced with an innovative technology which meets an outstanding cutting capability to a very high life span.
The sharp and cold cutting is similar to conventional magnesite abrasives. This avoids the polyester resin of the Engineered Stones to reach the fusion point, so to make burnings on to the slabs. Moreover the razor way of cutting avoids the chipping off of small particles of resin, giving a better rate of “ra” of any resin bond tools present on the market. The slabs present a velvet look with deeper and natural colours.

 The very high life span, from 7.000 sq./m of type T10 up to 12.000 sq./m of type N30 (data referred to grit 100 set on first head after metallic Fickert), are made possible thanks to the co-operation of Pisa University. A very solid link resin-diamond has been obtained as to not allow the diamond grains to free out.
